Fenton Public Relations has served a worldwide roster of clients for 25 years. The Company specializes in tourism promotion with particular expertise in building awareness of and positive attitudes toward destinations' golf resources.

Tourism client experience includes: Northern Ireland Tourist Board, Visit Wales, Visit Britain, Tourism Ireland Ltd, Finnair (and its destinations in Finland, Sweden, Russia, Estonia & the Czech Republic), Hungarian National Tourist Office, Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau and the K Club (Ireland), among others.

Company principal, Maebeth Fenton, understands the PR world from the client side as well thanks to her earlier roles as Acting Director for the Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) in North America and as US Media Relations Executive for British Tourist Authority (BTA).

Current Work

Currently,  Maebeth supervises PR efforts for Bushmills Dunes Golf Resort & Spa , a new links course, luxury hotel and spa project under development on the scenic coast of Northern Ireland near the village of Bushmills.

Earlier, Maebeth assisted the NITB in their efforts to promote the 2012 Irish Open at Royal Portrush GC. Previously, Fenton PR provided all golf-related public relations in North America for Visit Wales as that country led up to its role as the Host Nation for The 2010 Ryder Cup. Additionally, Maebeth Fenton continues 10 years assistance to Visit Britain in her role as Assistant Producer/Writer for the tourism segments in the ABC/ESPN TV coverage of the British Open and the Senior Open Championships.

Maebeth is also pleased to lead the PR efforts for Ardtara Country House Hotel (a much awarded property she created from an historic manor house in Northen Ireland) and for the U.S. Friends of the Lyric Theatre of Belfast.
